About us
The BUAK Betriebliche Vorsorgekasse is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Construction Workers' Annual Leave and Severance Pay Fund (BUAK). Our main line of business is a fiduciary function in the management of severance pay contributions.
Based on the legal regulations of the Act on Construction Workers’ Annual Leave and Severance Pay (BUAG), we are responsible for staff provision scheme for construction workers; our services are, however, also available to companies and self-employed persons in any sectors outside the construction industry core area.
The fact that our provision fund can build on BUAK’s image as a reliable partner in the construction businesses and of workers in the construction industry is of particular significance to the positive past and future development of the BUAK Betriebliche Vorsorgekasse.
